Job description

As an institutional sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You will have the opportunity to level up your market finance skills while promoting sophisticated financial solutions to top players in the industry.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients who can benefit from our comprehensive suite of index solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Presenting our index products and services to clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of index solutions and managing post-sales activities.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ideally 2 years’ experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and an understanding of indexing principles.
  • Knowledge of asset management would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both English and French. German would be a plus.
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and building/maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Python would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

We believe in recognizing and rewarding the contributions of our employees. As a Sales Representative, you will receive a competitive compensation package consisting of a fixed salary plus a participation component based on performance.
